What is Residual Income and Just How do you get it?

Has anyone taken the time to explain what Residual Income is to you?

Residual Income is money that comes in after you have done something once and that effort has been completed and the income continues to come in after the effort has been completed.

Linear income is money you earn for working (i.e. wages, salary or commissions). If you work 40 hours you require 40 hours worth of pay. If you do not work you will not receive any income. You do not receive income if there was no hours invested working.

Here are some examples of residual income.

1) Transfer the rights to a book you wrote, a software program you created, a gadget you invented, or a song you recorded, to a company that agrees to pay you a percentage of each copy of your work sold in the future.
2) Become an actor and draw residual income from each of your movies, TV shows, or commercials, each time they run.
3) Let an oil company drill a well on your property in exchange for a percentage of the revenue.
4) Purchase an office building or other real estate that earns you recurring income through lease or rental payments.

The above mentioned ways of earning residual income generally aren’t that easy to implement.

Here are some that are more attainable for the average person:
1) Start a savings and investment program that pays you residual income in the form of interest or dividends.

2) Find a Multi-Level Marketing Direct Sales Business Opportunity that you can work with and develop that business (click on links below):

VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) home based telecom business

Help friends and family improve their health with a Top Anti-Oxidant Nutritional Beverage home based business

Run your own home based travel agency

3) Join an associate program of Online Internet Marketing and help other market there busineses.

When you put it that way, it’s clear that residual income is much better than doing something once, getting paid once, and being done with it. This article gives the good information on Residual Income. This is the one way of earning the money through the online. And we can save the money and investment in other programs with less interest.
