Why Big Business must make way for the Age of the Entrepreneur?

What changes in our society are making for this upcoming change?  Why is the momentum of corporate America getting slower every year?  Are you better off in your corporate job now than you were 4 years ago, what about 8 years ago, and 12 years ago?  Are you getting the minimal cost of living adjustments in your pay, what about bonuses at all?  Have your medical costs gone up?  Since most pensions are no longer in existence and they have forced you into being an investor on Wall Street with you 401k accounts, did your corporate godfather provide you with the ample tools to learn to invest successfully on Wall Street?  Or did they just dump a bunch of dog mutual funds on you and walk away? Do you have good investment options in your 401k? How would you even know?  Most people don’t have enough good choices or the education to invest in 401k’s; therefore they don’t look at the statements and they only see their money on paper disappearing before their eyes.  Most importantly they don’t know how to stem the flow when it’s going down, or how to increase the flow properly when it’s going up.  Or what to do when the market is having high levels of volatility.

When you look around there is overall erosion happening in our society on most levels and it is predicated by the steady and unstoppable decline in available jobs for the average and above average worker.  In America unemployment is at one of the highest levels of all time since the Great Depression.  What happened to the days when you used to say “I want to be an x-y-z when I grow up?”  Now days what advices do you provide for your child in career development.  What happened to the old paradigm of get a good education, get good grades, get a good job and retire on a pension after 20-25 years?  That paradigm reminds me of the Geico commercial with the cavemen; is that what we have become icons of a by gone era, still just walking the earth?

Face it many jobs are not coming back.  Both blue and white collar workers are living in a Jim Crow like environment where the Fat Cats with the bailout plans and Golden Parachutes have taken the dream away and sent it to far off exotic shores.  Never to return until America has been reduced to the point it has become the best English speaking low cost alternative for multinational expansion.  Ain’t that some shit!

What do you do?  You recognize that you need to take back control of your own life.  You need to make a plan of action and begin to lay the seeds for your freedom and fire your boss.  You need to take time and review different MLM businesses and find something that is easy to learn, everybody needs and is repeatable.

You need to start by fixing yourself. How do you rate yourself in the following areas on a scale of 1-10?
1.    Social
2.    Physical
3.    Emotional
4.    Financial
5.    Spiritual
6.    Family
7.    Recreational
8.    Career

Do you have a sense of balance in your life or are you lopsided and falling over from too much in one area and not enough in another of your life.

You have put corporate America first in your life for so many, too many years.  When are you going to put yourself FIRST for once.  When are you going to take back your life and find that right opportunity that will provide you with the total lifestyle package you desire and most importantly DESERVE?

Can you develop a Millionaire Mindset? Or will you always be looking at your Blackberry aka Crack berry checking to see if you missed an email from your boss.

If you actively choose not to prepare yourself for the impending future of worker person in the corporate world; a situation which become more dire each and everyday.  It is a decision or lack of a decision you make for you and your family, that you will unfortunately have to live with.

In these times of war, military metaphors may help visualize the seriousness of the current situation.  Hey You! You need “The Surge” in your life right now to stop the economic bleeding due to drop in home values, loss of 401k values, hard to find good paying jobs and you also need to pull the troops out of your personal Iraq and bring them home to a new MLM opportunity where the sun can always be shining and the people can always be smiling; when you perform the due diligence and handle your business like a business and not like a hobby.  When you decide to take ownership of your business and make it an income generator second to none just filling your coffers with residual income over and over again, each and everyday, week, month and year.  How about that as a pension?

I am not an angry person, just a person who has been around long enough to see things come and go, like the tides of the ocean, like storms that precede sunshine, like youth succumbs to experience, like the sunrise is preceded by the sunset every single time.

Imagine what it must be like to wake up when you’re finished sleeping, every day!
